At Mood Fabrics, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase, though please note that cut-to-order fabrics and trims are generally non-returnable unless defective. For eligible items, we offer a 30-day return window to ensure you have the perfect materials for your creative projects.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition and are not part of the non-returnable categories such as cut yardage, swatches, or final sale patterns.

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team or log into your account to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping items back.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box to prevent processing delays.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Send your package via a traceable carrier to our New York warehouse; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
