Can I order fabric swatches before committing to a larger purchase?
Yes, we offer swatches for most of our fabrics. You can select the 'Swatch' option on the product page to receive a 4x4 inch sample to verify color, weight, and texture.
What is your return policy on cut-to-order fabrics?
Because fabrics are cut specifically to your requested length, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your order is damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 30 days.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days. During peak seasons or major sales, processing may take up to 7 business days before leaving our warehouse.
Do you offer wholesale pricing for large volume orders?
We do provide bulk discounts for designers and businesses. Please reach out to our wholesale department with your tax ID and estimated yardage requirements for a custom quote.
Will my fabric arrive in one continuous piece?
Yes, we fulfill all orders in continuous yardage whenever possible. If a break in the fabric is necessary due to bolt limitations, we will contact you before shipping.
Are the colors on the website accurate?
We strive for professional color accuracy, but please note that colors may vary depending on your monitor settings. We highly recommend ordering a swatch if an exact match is required.
